Hunter joined NCA with a clear mission: to grow internally and gain meaningful leadership experience within a fast-paced, people-focused company. He wasted no time making an impact—earning a promotion to Team Lead in just his third week with the company.

What Hunter enjoys most about sales is the opportunity to connect with different people every day. He thrives in high-energy environments and brings a strong, determined work ethic to everything he does. His current goal is to build a well-developed team and earn a promotion to Assistant Manager within the year.

Outside of work, Hunter spends his time on the golf course, crabbing, or out hunting—bringing the same focus and dedication to his hobbies as he does to his professional goals. A former baseball player, he lives by the motto:
