Meet our CEO, Eric
From Easton, MD, Eric attended Frostburg State University. After graduation, he began his career as a teacher. Looking for more, he found himself in sales and marketing. He had very big goals for his career and opened his first firm in Philadelphia, PA in 2004. Since, he has returned to his home state and helped expand into several new markets across the country and in addition to running NCA, Inc, he consults firms around the U.S.
Get to know Emilie Office Manager
Finksburg, MD | B.S. in Computer Engineering
Emilie joined NCA drawn to one key thing: the culture. With a background in engineering, an eye for detail, and a heart for people, she brings a unique perspective to the team—one grounded in both logic and compassion.
Outside of work, Emilie is a world traveler (having been to 14 countries!), a state board-certified chiropractic assistant, and the proud aunt of 11 nieces and nephews. Whether she’s planning events, hiking, or spending time with family, Emilie brings the same thoughtful energy she brings to the office every day.
She grew up playing soccer and spent six years as a competitive dancer—giving her both the drive of an athlete and the creativity of a performer. Known by her teammates as compassionate, Emilie is often the one checking in, showing up, and making people feel seen.
One of her favorite memories with the NCA team? A trip to Deep Creek where everyone stayed up late playing games—and the ongoing support from teammates who regularly check in on her baby. She lives by the motto:
“You’re the greatest project you’ll ever work on.”
With a sharp mind and a kind heart, Emilie continues to make an impact at NCA by leading with intention and lifting those around her.
