She hit leadership in just her third week in the field, closing 10 sales in one week and never looking back.

What Rachel enjoys most about sales is the pace—it’s fast, people-focused, and filled with opportunities to learn every day. Her long-term goal? To open her own office in a new market and lead a team that shares her drive and tenacity.

Outside the office, Rachel taps into her creative side through painting, drawing, and playing music. Originally from an island off the coast of Maine, she’s a lover of both quiet inspiration and healthy competition.
