What is the dress code?
At NCA, Inc we dress smart/sharp casual. What does that mean? Mostly, it’s business casual. Since we work remote with the team, we allow business casual for all of our virtual meetings. However, the client provides us with corporate swag to meet with their customers on a daily basis.
Where are you located?
While most of our meetings are currently virtual, we do have a location on York Road, across the street from the Maryland State Fairgrounds. (Yes, we have an awesome view!) Our address is 2205 York Road. Suite 204. Timonium, MD. 21093. We work without walls, so our representatives vary in location from Maryland, Delaware, DC and Virginia.
Is this commission?
Yes! We offer multiple compensation structures. They include, base + commission, hourly + commission, and 100% commission. We believe top sales performers should not be capped in their compensation, and have a pay structure that reflects their hard work.
Is this door to door?
- Business to Business Sales (B2B) – These are lead based sales, meeting with property managers and business owners in Baltimore, DC and Virginia area. On a typical day, we meet with approximately 10 customers.
- Event Sales & Company Branding – These are face to face sales and promotions at events such as trade shows, sporting events, concerts and more.
- Retail Sales – We are a preferred vendor at several of the leading big box retailers here in the US. Our clients want their brands represented with in these large retailers.

No. We use Salesforce, the #1 CRM in the world. Our team trains fully on how to utilize this program for successful results.
