What is the dress code?

At NCA we dress business professionally Monday through Thursday. On Friday, we have casual Friday where we show off our individual style and represent our favorite sports teams. Go Ravens!

How is the parking?

We have free parking right out front. So grab a spot and come on up to the 2nd floor.

Is this commission?

Yes! We offer multiple compensation structures. They include, base + commission, hourly + commission, and 100% commission. We believe top sales performers should not be capped in their compensation, and have a pay structure that reflects their hard work.

Is this door to door?

If you’re asking “Is this outside sales?” , then the answer is yes! We work with home owners, business owners, as well as attend events in the Baltimore region to conduct all of our sales. However, we are not randomly canvassing businesses or homes as all of our sales are conducting through leads.

Post COVID-19, what does business look like?

We are working in partnership with our clients to create procedures to help ensure the utmost safety of our sales teams once work resumes.

How are you conducting face to face business?

While we are under work stoppage we are using the time as a opportunity to train and develop our teams. Additionally we are working on improving our existing systems to help us become more efficient. We have been in continual contact with our clients in preparation for our anticipated return. We are excited about the improvements we have been able to develop over this time, and we are excited to get back to work. We have also used this time to meet with new clients and discuss potential opportunities. We are very excited about the potential growth opportunities these opportunities present.

What is the 'New Norm' look like for you day to day?

We are fully invested in using this time to improve our business. Much of the day has been dedicated to virtual training to help our team develop advanced skills. We believe this has been a blessing in a otherwise challenging situation. We are excited to see our people learning and growing professionally daily. In addition to the training opportunities we have teams working on new project development improving our internal systems and creating innovating ways to improve our business. Finally our business development teams are hard at work pursuing new client opportunities. We expect explosive growth once business resumes.
