With a strong teaching background and a natural drive to lead, she’s risen quickly through the ranks. Her proudest moment? Being named Best Rep of the Week—a testament to her resilience and dedication after pushing past early challenges.

Jennifer thrives in sales because of the daily variety: new places, new people, and the chance to make lives better. She’s passionate about helping others grow and is working toward building the best team of talent in the Richmond area. Her long-term goal is to earn a role in Management, overseeing a team filled with strong, motivated individuals she’s helped mentor along the way.

Outside the office, Jennifer is a true performer and competitor. A Third Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo with nearly a decade of teaching experience, she’s also a haunted house actor, Broadway enthusiast, theme park lover, and game night pro. She’s even won a championship title broadcast on ESPN.

Her favorite part of team culture? The small, meaningful moments—like when her peers reach out just to encourage her or celebrate her efforts. Known by her team as “witty,” Jennifer brings decades of diverse experience, high-level teaching ability, and contagious energy to NCA.
