Leila joined NCA with a clear mission: to master sales, grow as a leader, and build a business that empowers others. With a background in public health and leadership, she saw sales as a universal skill—one that opens doors in any industry and strengthens her ability to connect, influence, and lead.

She thrives on helping business owners solve real problems, make better decisions, and save money—all while building meaningful relationships. Her proudest achievement so far has been her promotion to Team Lead, a milestone that confirmed her ability to commit, perform, and succeed in a brand-new field.

Leila’s goals for the year ahead are ambitious: build a high-performing team and take the next step into management—ideally overseeing a market here in Washington, D.C. or Tampa, FL. With emotional intelligence, adaptability, and curiosity as her foundation, she’s committed to continuous growth and lifting others as she climbs.

Outside of work, Leila enjoys exercising, photography, trying new restaurants, and watching documentaries. A former soccer player and student leader, she brings both structure and spirit to everything she does. Whether collecting keychains from her travels or perfecting her spicy margarita recipe, she lives with intention and joy.

Her personal motto—“Nothing works unless you do.” – Maya Angelou—says it all. Known by her team as resilient, Leila is a thoughtful, driven, and dynamic part of NCA’s leadership team.
