Lexi joined NCA with a simple but powerful goal: to grow in a career where hard work directly leads to opportunity. From the very beginning, she connected with the company’s long-term vision—and she’s been dedicated to building toward it ever since.
What she loves most about sales is the people. Every day brings new conversations, memorable stories, and long-term relationships that fuel her passion for service. Being promoted to leadership was a defining moment—it gave her the confidence to set bigger goals and trust in her ability to lead.

Her goals for the upcoming year include building her own team, earning a promotion to Assistant Manager, and choosing where to open her future office.

Before NCA, Lexi worked as a horseback riding instructor and spent 16 years competing in equestrian sports. She’s also a rock climber, weightlifter, movie buff (especially Lord of the Rings), and a proud cat mom. Her favorite quote, by Winston Churchill, sums up her approach to challenges:

“A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.”

Known by her team as dedicated, Lexi brings an unmatched energy and enthusiasm to every room she walks into—an energy that inspires those around her to level up. One of her favorite memories so far has been the Ocean City business trip, where she learned alongside peers from different markets and built lasting connections across the team.
